|Recommended: YesLongtime Resident — I have lived here at Hemingway House for approximately 10 years. I live in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses that are in the complex. The area where it is located at in Odessa, Texas happens to be close to everthing u would need. Parks, schools, entertainment, restaurants, and all of the retail u will ever need. Even though this complex shows it's age from time to time. The maintenance personnel Robert and Albert do a great job keeping things in working order. They have responded to all of my maintenance requests in a timely manner and have usually done more than I have requested. The office staff Tracy and Samantha have always been very kind and professional with any question or concern that I may have. I have seen a lot of people move in and move out over the years, as well as some of the staff. But I guess u can say that the staff and the neighborhood is why I keep renewing my lease every year. So if u find yourself needing a new place to call home, come by and see Tracy or Samantha in the office and I am sure they will be happy to help you out.
